Microwave trays generally vary in size from 27 cm (standard size for plates) to 40 cm (for dishes).
If you're more of a large family, opt for a large tray and a capacity of over 25 litres. Couples and freelancers will be happy with a capacity of between 20 and 25 litres.
The clutch release mode is also an option to consider if you prefer square or rectangular containers. It prevents the tray from rotating so that the dish or plate doesn't bang against the sides.
The classic function: the main function of the classic microwave oven is to reheat, defrost or cook your dishes quickly.
The grill function: a microwave oven with a grill will brown or crisp your delicious gratins even faster than a traditional oven.
